FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Do you offer digital and print options?
    Yes, we offer both digital and print options. You can add prints to any package and choose between 4x6 and 2x6 print sizes.
  • What is the booking process?
    Please submit an inquiry to check availability, receive a quote, and a contract for review. A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to finalize your booking. We look forward to celebrating with you!
  • Where can I find pricing for all of your services?
    The the most-up-to date pricing can be found under the "Get a quote" tab on the website.
  • Can I book an event for 6 hours or longer?
    Yes, please fill out the inquiry form and indicate the duration of the event. The base price is $499 for a 2-hour reservation, with an additional $100 for each hour after that.
  • How much time and space are needed for setup?
    We need 60 minutes to set up and 45 minutes for breakdown. The photo booth requires 8' deep x 8' wide x 8' high space for the backdrop, photo booth machine, and a table with props. If your event space is limited, we'd be happy to discuss it with you and do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • What types of props are available?
    All packages include a variety of regularly updated props, including stick messages, lips, glasses, special occasion props, and more! Custom stick messages tailored to your event are available for an additional cost.
  • Can the photo booth be used outdoors?
    Yes! We can set up the photo booth in a dry, covered area that has access to a standard 120V, 15-20 amp, 3-prong electrical outlet. Exposure to direct sunlight, rain or windy conditions can damage our equipment.
  • Do you have liability insurance?
    Yes, we have a liability insurance and can email you the Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.
  • Do you offer consultations?
    Yes, we'd be happy to schedule a 15-minute call if needed. For any questions or to arrange a call, please email us at hello@capturedmomentscollective.com. Once your booking is confirmed with a signed contract and deposit, you'll have the option for a consultation to discuss all the details.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfers. Credit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee.
  • When are the deposit and the final payment due?
    A 50% non-refundable deposit with a signed contract are required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
  • Are there any additional fees?
    Additional fees might apply depending on the location of the event, parking, type of payment, and additional services booked. All of the fees will be clearly detailed in your quote — no surprises!
